Shipping & Returns

Prints are made to order by our print provider and usually ship within 5-7 working days after payment is confirmed through Etsy.

During busy periods, production may take a little longer. If there is a meaningful delay, we or Etsy will contact you.

The print provider packs each print flat in rigid protective packaging and delivers the order to the address provided at Etsy checkout.

Shipping costs, available delivery options and estimated delivery dates are shown on Etsy before you place the order.

Because prints are made to order, returns are accepted only when required by applicable consumer law, Etsy policy or when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please contact us through Etsy before sending anything back so the next step can be confirmed against your Etsy order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through Etsy within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and print.

We will review the issue with the print provider and offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or refund where appropriate.
