Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you join the newsletter or contact us. This may include your name, email address and the content of your message.

Orders and payments are completed through Etsy. Etsy collects the information needed to process your order, such as payment, delivery and order details, under Etsy's own privacy policy.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information and website usage data to keep the site secure and improve the experience.

We use the information you provide on this site to respond to messages, manage newsletter subscriptions, provide customer support and maintain accurate business records.

For Etsy orders, we may use order information available to us through Etsy to help answer order questions, coordinate with the print provider, arrange replacement orders or resolve delivery issues.

If you join the newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share personal information only with service providers needed to run the site and support orders, such as hosting, newsletter, printing and delivery providers. Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Kit, our email service provider.

When you follow an Etsy button, Etsy handles checkout and may share order details with us as the seller so the order can be fulfilled.

We do not sell personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information.

To make a privacy request, contact us at [email protected].

We keep messages, newsletter records and Etsy order records available to us for as long as needed to provide support, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain business records.
